Why Squad-C exists

Our Vision

Hello, I'm Michael, the founder of Squad-C. I'm a passionate developer with a passion for product development and consulting. Born and raised in Germany, I started my career 25 years ago as a freelance developer and then spent many years as a CTO of a startup in Cologne.

For family reasons, I moved to Hong Kong and was thus introduced to the developer scene in the Pacific region. My software knowledge, leadership experience and product development experience, combined with the talent of our developers, who mainly come from Indonesia and the Philippines, resulted in Squad-C.

At Squad-C, we combine the German engineering spirit with international developer talents and globally competitive prices. We offer small and medium-sized companies a smooth transition to innovative, efficient and customized software solutions. With a strong focus on customer orientation and risk minimization, we are committed to enabling our customers to deliver their software faster and more cost-effectively.

Personal Note

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family - a colorful mix of Hong Kong and German culture. We have recently settled in Hong Kong and speak English, German and Cantonese - I myself only know a few words of Cantonese so far.
